Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment & Admission
- Enrolment is subject to availability and completion of all required forms, including medical and emergency information
- The Centre reserves the right to refuse or discontinue enrollment if policies are not followed or fees are unpaid.
- All tuition fees, registration fees, and other payments made to ERYX Training Centre are nonrefundable.
- At time of Cancellation of Class by ERYX, a additional extra class will be scheduled based on the Teachers Schedule
2. Attendance and Conduct
- Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions punctually.
- The center must be informed 6 hours in advance of any absence else it will be counted as a scheduled class.
- Fee adjustments or makeup classes will be provided for student absences only for emergencies supported with proof.
- Students are required to always maintain respectful behavior towards staff and peers
3. Privacy & Data
- Personal information is collected solely for administrative and safety purposes and will not be shared except as required by law.
5. Health & Safety
- In an emergency, the ERYX will contact the parent/guardian as soon as possible.
6. Conduct & Behavior
- Respectful behavior is expected from all children, parents, and guardians.
- ERYX may terminate enrolment if Child’s behavior poses a safety risk despite reasonable interventions.
7. Personal Belongings
- The Center is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
8. Holidays & Closures
- Closures due to weather or unforeseen events will be communicated as soon as possible. Tuition is not refunded for emergency closures.
9. Photography & Media
- Photos or videos of children may be taken for internal documentation and Center marketing unless a written opt-out is provided.
Liability
While ERYX takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of all children,
parents/guardians understand and agree that ERYX cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, or
other unforeseen incidents that may occur despite the exercise of due care and supervision, except
where prohibited by law.
